ওয়েব ডেস্ক, বিপ্লবী সব্যসাচী পত্রিকা অনলাইন: বাইক দুর্ঘটনায় মৃত্যু হল এক পুলিশ কর্মীর । মর্মান্তিক এই পথ দুর্ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে পূর্ব মেদিনীপুর জেলার পটাশপুর থানার বিশ্বনাথপুর এলাকায় । স্থানীয় ও পুলিশ সূত্রে জানা যায়, রবিবার সকালে পটাশপুর থানা থেকে পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুরের উদ্দেশ্য ডাক নিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় বিশ্বনাথপুর বাসস্ট্যান্ড দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা অবস্থায় একটি ইঞ্জিন ভ্যান আচমকাই তাকে ধাক্কা মারে। আর এই ঘটনার পর মৃত্যু হয় ওই কনস্টেবলের।

আর এই ঘটনা দেখতে পেয়ে স্থানীয়রা পটাশপুর থানায় খবর দেয়। এরপর পটাশপুর থানা পুলিশ ঘটনার খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে এসে মৃতদেহটিকে উদ্ধার করে ময়না তদন্তে পাঠায়। তবে পুলিশ কর্মীর এই অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যুতে শোকের ছায়া নেমে এসেছে থানা ও গোটা এলাকায়। পুলিশ জানিয়েছে , মৃত কনস্টেবলের নাম সামসুতি উদ্দিন (৫১)।

তিনি খড়গপুর থানার এলাসাই এলাকার বাসিন্দা। দীর্ঘ কয়েক বছর ধরে পটাশপুর থানায় কনস্টেবলের দায়িত্বভার সামলেছেন তিনি। গোটা ঘটনাটি নিয়ে ইতিমধ্যে তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে। তাছাড়া সামসুতিউদ্দিনের অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যুতে সকল পুলিশ কর্মীরা শোকাহত।

Web Desk, Biplabi Sabyasachi online paper: One policeman died in a bike accident. The tragic road accident took place in the Bishwanathpur area of Patashpur police station in the East Midnapore district. According to local and police sources, an engine van suddenly hit him while he was standing at the Bishwanathpur bus stand on Sunday morning while he was taking a post from Patashpur police station to West Midnapore. The constable died after this incident.
Seeing this incident, the locals informed the Potashpur police station. After receiving the news of the incident, Potashpur police came to the spot and recovered the body, and sent it for autopsy. However, this unusual death of a police officer has cast a shadow of mourning over the police station and the entire area. The deceased was identified as Samsuti Uddin, 51, police said.
He is a resident of the Elasai area of Kharagpur police station. He has been the constable of the Potashpur police station for many years. An investigation has already been launched into the whole incident. Moreover, all the police personnel is mourning the untimely death of Samsutiuddin.
